• Talk Therapy (Clinical and Non-clinical) PROMO

  • Details: Can be availed as needed or as a series, and may involve counselling.

• Specialized Clinical Psychotherapy

  • Rate: ₱4500

  • Details: CBT, DBT, IPT, MBCT (maybe incorporated everywhere). Needs enrollment from doctor. Packaged or individualized payment options are available.

• Brief Screening “Brave Beginning” 

  • Rate: ₱700

  • Details: A short mental health screening for first-timers (utilizing DASS 42, ASQ) conducted by our nurses via triage. Includes self-care tips and sleep hygiene. Please note: this is a brief screening process and is not diagnostic.

• Debriefing for Special Cases

  • Rate: ₱4000

  • Details: One-on-one/solo debriefing for crisis situations, including those asking for immediate psychological first aid (PFA), sensitive cases like SA, and VAWC (therapy only, no evaluation).

• Counselling (Packaged) PROMO

  • Rate: ₱10500.00 ₱8500

  • Details: A series of 3 Talk Therapy sessions with a mental health professional for non-clinical cases, designed for a specific purpose.

• Specialized Psychotherapy Package

  • Rate: ₱40,000

  • Details: A comprehensive package of 10 sessions of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills. Additional sessions can be availed.

• Better You (Follow Up Package) PROMO

  • Rate: ₱20000 16,000.00

  • Details: A follow-up package consisting of 5 sessions of Psychiatric Consultation and Talk Therapy. The package expires in 1 year. This is available only after an initial consultation.

• Talk Therapy Follow up

  • Rate: ₱20000 

  • Details: A package of 5 Talk Therapy sessions only with a psychologist.

(All add-on services require a prior Psychiatric Consultation before availing)

• Yellow Prescription

  • Rate: ₱1000

  • Details: Prescription for regulated drugs. Strictly for Soma Clinica patients only. We will not provide a refill if you are requesting a prescription from another psychiatrist.

• Medical Certificate

  • Rate: ₱1000

  • Details: Issued upon the doctor's decision. Will not be released without a proper purpose (e.g., Financial Assistance, medical assistance, Mental Health Leave recommendations). This is a legal document.

• Psychiatric Evaluation for Medical Clearance

  • Rate: ₱1500

  • Details: Evaluation for medical clearances such as Fit to Work (with classification), Fit to Go to School, or Fit to Undergo Dental Procedure. Diagnosis is not disclosed.

• Clinical Abstract

  • Rate: ₱2000

  • Details: Preparation of SSS forms. Includes HPI (History of Present Illness), PE (Physical Examination), Latest MSE (Mental Status Examination), and Medications.

• Psychiatric Evaluation for Medical Clearance for Aesthetic Medicine purposes/Gender Transition Surgery

  • Rate: ₱2000

  • Details: You will be assessed by the doctor who will provide the necessary recommendation. We will not compromise the integrity of our profession.

• Non Apparent Medical Disability Certificate

  • Rate: ₱1500

  • Details: For PWD purposes. Our doctors strictly abide by the rules and regulations given by the Philippine National Council on Disability Affairs.

• Certificate of Consultation

  • Rate: ₱300

  • Details: Issued with the name of the person who requests  and date only, no illness details. For excuse slips or to explain absences. Mental health illnesses will not be divulged in this certificate. Can be purchased by a companion/guardian.

• Emotional Support Animal Screening and Certification

  • Rate: ₱3000

  • Details: A clinical evaluation used to verify that a pet is a necessary part of a person’s mental health treatment. Please inform our virtual nurse that you wish to have your pet evaluated upon requesting your appointment

• Small Enterprise Support

  • Rate: ₱19500/Month

  • Details: Recommended for teams less than 20. Includes 4 online psychiatric/psychological consultations, 1 Mental Health Webinar, self-care guide, monthly usage summary, and quarterly/annual DASS and Burnout Assessments.

• Medium Enterprise Support

  • Rate: ₱39500

  • Details: Recommended for teams less than 50. Includes 10 online consultations, 1 Mental Health Webinar, 1 Mental Health in the Workplace protocol consultation, self-care guide, monthly usage summary, and quarterly DASS and Burnout Assessment.

• Mental Health in the Workplace Premium Package

  • Rate: ₱49500

  • Details: Recommended for teams less than 50. Includes 12 online consultations, 1 Mental Health Webinar, 1 Mental Health in the Workplace protocol consultation, self-care guide, monthly usage summary, and quarterly DASS and Burnout Assessment.

• Preventive & Awareness Programs

  • Rate: ₱5000/hour for 10 people (additional ₱1000 for succeeding 10 people)
